1. Do I need to register to buy from brightgemstones?

Once you've chosen your gems, checkout is complete in only 2 steps: * Review your shopping cart & choose payment method. * Enter your correct and precise billing and shipping information to complete your order. That's it! You will be sent to a order form confirming your order details. You will also receive an email verifying your purchase. If you have to create an account in order to complete the buying process. We encourage our customers to register with us so we can serve them better.

2. I forgot my password and can't login. What do I do?
